I tested gnome-epiphany on Ubuntu-gnome 15.04 (gnome 3.14) and Fedora 21 (gnome 3.16). Also, Somebody Would like recommend me a distro to get the best gnome experience?
For me, the best GNOME experience is Fedora Workstation. However, you can try other distros like Arch ... all up to you.
