As discussed in https://bugs.launchpad.net/epoptes/+bug/978050, could you
please merge this workaround for broadcasting to work properly in multiseat? I
think this could be easily reverted when Epoptes gets a better multiseat
support (e.g., when EM_SYSTEM can handle multiple displays).
