Not the same size is not an issue. Not rectangular requires some work. To my understanding, a 'rectangular' graphics card output is distorted to a non-rectangular display, and you want to to correct that using the appropriate frustum.
Anyway, it was just to know the limits, not actual needs that we have right now, the important one is the ability to use different screens, with different sizes, resolution, and aspect ratio.
That works. edge blending would be a cool feature too.
