That's a shame! They come to one of our airports
either in  Humboldt Co. or Del Norte Co. every year
and I make a point of going to see them. This year I
went to the EAA Golden West event in Marysville and
the Collings planes were there, which made the event
even more enjoyable.

You're right though, there is not a lot of publicity
up in my are either and I don't know why.

I keep track of their schedule on their web page and I
suggest you do the same. They may just be going
somewhere that you're going anyway - or you can catch
them in the Monterey area.
