Indeed,
the first I heard of Jim Bede was in an article telling how he had taken LOTS
of money in deposits for airplane kits or parts, then closed the company and
disappeared.
You are
CERTAINLY RIGHT and I certainly agree that anyone giving money to Bede had
better be VERY careful. However,
he does design purty planes, doesn’t he?
(How “successful” they are, I can’t say.)
I’d a lot
rather give money to Burt Rutan but I don’t think he’s selling designs or kits,
now.
