A great example of how well this works is just before the Capital services
for R. Reagan last week. They evacuated the Capital building because there
was an unidentified inbound plane. Turned out to be a governor coming for
the services. The plane had a transponder problem.

And it makes no sense too. It just criminalizes the law obeying
population.
It does not help a bit if someone really wants to fly something into the
area.
