AGREED.
The attitude of the tri-gear plane at rest on the ground is not the best
for hand propping.  I feel much more safe hand propping Tail wheel
planes, with their "nose high" attitude.

The problem with mine and most tri- gear planes is that, even though it
is timed right and the prop is on right, the prop is at or below waist
level by the time it fires.  Thus, causing you to lean closer to the
prop.

I would caution anyone who is not an experienced hand propper to not try

this.  Hand propping a small nosedragger is pretty dangerous as the
motion 
of the one propping tends to draw him into the prop arc.
