Yep.  I did once when I was doing a gentle dive to approach Vne.  About
135 or a little bit more, it felt like I had hit a washboard road.  I
figured it out in only about one second and immediately started a series
of left/right turns to load the ailerons and the flutter immediately
stopped.

 

A number of people have told me I was very lucky I didn't have the aileron
separate from the plane.  This is true.  I can't tell you how I figured it
out and did the correct thing so quickly - maybe I had pre-loaded the
solution in the back of my mind.

 

Upon arrival home, we found there was way too much play in the aileron
system.  We tightened it up with washers and when I had a chance ($), I
replaced all the rod ends.  Come to find out the rod ends aren't that
expensive and I should have replaced them much sooner.
