Hartmut, I found the same rib corroded exactly like yours this past summer and had to replace it. I also found that the rivets holding the wing walk corrugation to the upper skin were also corroded. These I noticed when I opened up the lower skin like you did and found 12 rivets missing. I pulled the wing walk non skid off and the head of the missing rivets were sticking to the non skid. I removed the corrugation cleaned and primed it all after I had a local company come by and plastic bead blast the whole area, then I zinc chromated everything and closed it up. How many cherry max. rivets did you have to use?? I needed 3 for each side. Thanks for the pictures.
