Here is a picture of Bob taken at the Arlington Airshow last year.
Bob's great personality made him easily approachable. I loved his sense of humor. He advertised his annual Walker Airport Weenie Roast / Open House with a promise that the "stealth racer" would make a rare appearance. Once everyone was mingling about, he played an audio track (very loud) of a P-51 making a low pass and he would then announce the "stealth racer has arrived". I hope I'm not the only one who stared out at the empty runway looking for something (3 years in a row). Bob drove his *other* twin-tailed beauty (his cadillac) to the Arlington Airshow to spend time with the coupers who didn't usually get down to his area. I'm sure he will be missed for a very long time. Andy Pomeroy 2417H
