Seems to me they closed Meigs and every other airport for good reason.....

A BILLION dollar + piece of property being held hostage for only 16
airplanes...

It is the cost of flying, why the hell does a engine for a coupe cost
$10,000
Why is a radio $2000
Why does a new Cessna cost over a quarter of a million dollars..
Why are we happy when we can sell ercoupes for $20,000 and even more happy
when one is scrapped because it raises the value of the one we own?

I used to go to the Paine Field "Jet Deck" for the $10 dollar burger and
there were hundreds of aircraft on the ramp.
I went a month ago and the "Jet Deck" is gone, and there was one aircraft
on
the ramp and it hadn't moved in years.

I think I will buy a sail boat........
