This is the info on the voltage regulators. It was in the July 1990 Capers. Skip Voltage Regulators The part number for the auto voltage regulator that works with the 60 amp alternator is VR730. This is an Auto Zone part number. It is a regulator for a 1963-1977 Ford or 1976-1978 AMC. If you have a generator, then you need a voltage regulator for an 1956 Buick. This is not an FAA approved part, it is not STC'd or PMA'd.
