For the A2A I just assisted with the annual and center section inspection, the main spar bolts are
tightened so that the cotter pin holes align and not to exceed 100 foot pounds.   Same thing with
the rear spar bolts except not to exceed 12 foot pounds.
The A2A I helped with is the last one built, I think, #297 by Mooney.  It was very clean inside. the
only place with other then light corrosion was on the outer center section and first wing ribs where
the fresh air vent hose (those old style black fabric ones which retain moisture) is routed up
through the gap there.  We replaced them (the vent hoses) with the newer orange ones.
We also, while the wings were off, sprayed almost a gallon of Corrosion-X into the wings, center
section and fuselage.
That was in March and the stuff is still leaking from every drain hole and seam there is (we might have use a little too much of the stuff, but I'd recommend to everyone to go ahead and spray some corrosion proofing while you've got wings and inspection plates off.

We took the wings off 18V, put them back.  As was suggested, it was an easy process – found the usual inside, anyway, it looked really good.  I don’t have the torque specs for the bolts though.  I know it’s not high, but if someone has the recommended number, would appreciate.

Thanks,
