Hi Guys,

I took Wednesday off to go flying. It was a perfectly clear day in the Rockies. There wasn't much action at the airport.  I don't think the FBO even cared we were starting the second hundred years of fight.
I have posted some photos if you’re interested.

I played John Denver’s song the “The Eagle and the Hawk” on the way to the airport, and it was with me all day.

All photos were taken on return flight from Cortez, CO. (CEZ) to Montrose, CO. (MTJ) by way of Lizard Head pass with an over flight of Telluride at between 12,500 and 13,000 feet.
