Guys
I had a new bubble windshield installed recently. During flight, it
separates from the aircraft at the bottom, pilots side, maybe 5 inches from the
metal bow. It separates enough that I can stick my fingers out into the
slipstream. I tried gluing the bottom of the windshield to the rubber
"sleeve" it sits in. It still separates in flight. Do I need to buy
a new windshield?
On another note, I have a friend that wants to buy a really mint coupe, D
or later. Would prefer a very simple panel with just a com and
transponder. Would really like the original panel with the glove
boxes. Must have good paint and interior and a low time engine.
If you know of one, please let me know.
