Well, sort of. The Nuvite Chemical Company had a large shade tent (about 10' high) above the Ercoupe that they were polishing to show how their polish worked. We had a huge rain storm Monday night, which softened the ground. One of the poles (about 2" dia.) and it's guy rope stakes were in a low spot, which filled with water, which turned the ground to mud underneath it. A violent wind came up around 7 am Tuesday morning, lifted the tent and pulled the stakes out of the mud, allowing the pole to fall. It fell on the Ercoupe. This Ercoupe belonged to Randy Feldpouch from Ramsey, IL. I hope it is repaired now.
