Not to change the subject too much but, does the rain get inside the fuselage anyplace while flying in the rain?

I have an Alon A-2A and fly in the rain often and have no problem. Blows right off. Was in rain just today.

----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- I wonder if it could be the shape of the Alon canopy. I've been some real heavy rain with a 415 bubble windshield and found the rain to flow right off.

I also noticed one other anomoly with the bubble windshield. There is no forward visibility in the rain. Even in a mild shower. I got caught in one last summer and had to fly using gps and side visibility only.Dave SmithAlon N6370V
