Eliacim,

Start them off early in the morning - very early - when there are NO
thermals at all and the wind is calm. The last hour before sunset can also
be excellent. To start with, restrict taking them up to those hours.

As John said, when you get up and level, give them the yoke and let them
drive.

I used to have motion sickness in ALL moving vehicles unless I was driving.
I had to come down from my early lessons early to sit for hours to recover
before going up and getting another lesson later in the day.

The problems comes from feeling surges that you can't see coming. On a
roller coaster, you can see the surges coming and the same on the road, but
not in an airplane.

The good news is that with persistence, your brain figures out that you ARE
safe in that situation and the nausea goes away.
