Coupers, my wife is doing a project for the EOC Conv. this year. She needs the location of the EOC Conv. for the following years: 1978,1981,1982,1983,1986,1987,1998 and 1999. If any of you EOC members or non members happen to know the city where the conv. was held for any of these years, please email me.
