Ed, I know some folks tend to jump to conclusions, especially the media. But the accident was not the fault of Ercoupes in general or what it said on the guy's birth certificate. It's the individual, not his age. I'm not saying that this guy necessarily is, but some folks are basically idiots their entire lives, from young to old, and don't seem to learn a thing as the years go by. On the other hand there are folks who are very wise and perceptive at a young age and increase in those attributes as time passes. Then there are others who start out as idiots and then learn well from life's lessons. Spook
