Jim,
The best way is to send a letter to his address with the message one wants to 
give him.  Include on the letter, "Postmaster please send any forwarding 
address".  If the man is not at the address any longer and there is a 
forwarding address, the post office will send it to you.
I attempted to get a phone nr for him on the internet, but was unsuccessful.
