The O-200 STC is for C-85 engines to enable them to use a 0-200 crank and
stay a C-85.
Per timing of the ignition, the  power output will be de-rated.
So, the STC does not change your engine designation. It would be still a
C-85 in the eyes of the FAA, not in yours of course.
And per type certificate of  the 415-C Coupe, you can have a C-85 in a
415-C
, provided you do the changes as specified in the TC.
