My  C-90 engine is undergoing overhaul, as is my engine mount, so the nose gear assembly is off the airplane. I'm having it rebuilt (mostly "o" rings) using Skyport kit SMK-33F. When everything is put back together, what is the proper exposed length of the strut inner cylinder ? Mine seems to have been about 4 or 5 fingers, but I can't find a reference in my service Manual.  Also, can an automobile tire shop do an adequate dynamic balance of the nose gear tire?
