Glen, the proper place to put the pipe is thru the
hollow axle from the inside. you'll need a 3/4 in
steel pipe, black iron or galvanized it doesn't
matter. pipe should be about 14 in long, take an angle
grinder and grind a 1/4 in slot in the end of the pipe
so it will slide in over the 1/4 in bolt that goes
thru the axle. take a look it will be obvious. good
