Fred, I just came through the same search.
Becker makes both units in 2 1/4 in panel mounts, and even sells a 'combo' for around $3400. They also make remote mount units that are $5600 for the set. A little cheaper are the MicroAirs (also 2 1/4 in panel mounts) but the 760 transceiver is NOT TSO'd. X-Com makes a unit that meets the TSO specs, but has not been submitted for approval yet.
