Dave.
I am using the web option as well as Windows live mail.
Both applications offer reply to all as well as reply to sender. I don't know
about handheld devices though.
But for me the choice was a convenience factor.

Those of you who have the Ercoupe Tech group "tethered" to your e-mail program
seem to be unhappy with the change, while those of us who just read messages on
the board using our web browser like it.

Personally, I can't imagine wading through all the e-mails. Every other message
board I participate in is exclusively web-based. Something else to consider is
that application-based e-mail programs are going away. I believe Windows 7
eliminated Outlook Express in favor of Windows LiveMail, which is essentially a
web mail program.

You can't please everyone, I guess. But the way it is now seems "normal" to me,
and the old reply option (as well as the concept of tethering the messages to
e-mail) is an anomaly.

JMO, YMMV.
