by the way, on the Arch photo pass, will the photog. sell the 18 mp. file (copy of camera file) - I'd supply the CD?
(I don't think I can afford the trip, but having spent most of my life as a commercial photographer, I'd really highly value the digital file instead of a dumb 8x10 - I'd pay more for the file to be transferred to my CD than I would for a machine made print... you could ask for me if you feel like it. If I could get a copy of the digital file, I'd be more tempted to smash the piggy bank and fly, weather be good - start from Rhode Island - in 2008 a massive IMC front from the South stretching into Canada kept me from leaving for Wausau until Fri, a bit late AM, had to overnight near Wis. boarder, with a Sat. midday arrival. Gack. Jim Beach Brennan WST (RI) - ...long flight - maybe $250 in avgas each way plus motel plus eats....plus (etc.) [Motel 6 full already?] - I presume I could "pay at the door" if I could make it If the high commander would consider sending an email this way with all the details, if it is not too much trouble, it would be helpful - I'm going fishing with my brothers in Northern Wisconsin at the end of Sept. (comml. flight - cheap) so I had been simply dismissing trying to wedge in both.
