WRB, Wow, your index looks like *exactly* what I need, and would be a HUGE help to all of us, and I sure wish you had put it out 20 yrs ago -- I for one would subscribe to underwrite the printing costs in a flash! Re: waiting to update it: there will constantly be new material getting added to the collective lit, so you'll never be totally up to date, save for one brief flash of time. If you want all your work on it to count for more than history, please put it out while the fleet (and its owners) are still around to benefit! Seriously, what would it take to persuade you to either publish or part with a copy privately? With all due respect, re: your liability concerns: can you cite one case where the plaintiff sued the publisher of the medical book that the doctor trained from? Linda
