I uninstalled 4.2.1 and installed 4.2.2 and started it up. The initial
eric4 logo panel came up and showed what it was loading and then
vanished. My drive light kept going but no IDE. I rebooted my ubuntu
8.0.4 system and tried again and teh same result so while the drive
light was going I uninstalled 4.2.2 and installed 4.2.1 and ran it ---
it came up right where I expected it to.
On ubuntu I don't use a package manager for Eric because I wouldn't be
able to keep up to date. But the uninstall/install of eric is soooo
simple....
