Yes, thank you. The question was whether it was possible to have the same thing without debugging, just while one is using the shell tab.

Actually not. But I've looked in the code and think it should be possible, to update the viewer if no debugging is in progress. Right now if you in debugging mode and alter/ create a variable you can update the view by pressing the filter button on the variables pages.
