Thanks, but now it's working!
After I added system PATH of erlang/bin ,
And checked erlang runtime 5.10.3 in eclipse menu window/erlang/installed
runtimes.
Now i can create new project.^_^

Can you please edit your eclipse.ini file and add at the top these two lines:
-debug
-verbose
? Then send me the log from <workspace>/.metadata/.log
