Dan, if you want to tackle this feature please go ahead. I have a long list of Twoorl features I have to implement so I don't have a lot of time to work on it.
Btw, so far I'm having a good experience with Git so I'm up for moving ErlyWeb hosting to GitHub if it makes contributers' lives easier.
