Instead of using perfect air, why not use a perfect valve? If you
are launching in the field you would have to drag air or a special
compressor with filters with you. If you can solve the freezing valve
problem you can use any ole air.
The devil is in the details. How much heat would you need to keep
the valve body from freezing? How could you design the valve body to
blow the ice clear?
