Hey, I don't *know* that it won't work, just that even with forced cooling I've had cooled chambers fail. I suspect that you may get film boiling at some point, at which the coolant-side heat transfer goes to zilch and damage follows. Than again, at 150 psi and low flame temp, you may get away with it.
