My thoughts are KIS and small and focus on demonstrating a fully reusable Earth to LEO system. Avoid all secondary agendas by not taking or soliciting any money other than no-strings-attached grants and donations. Do not become another private rocket company tied to venture capital expectations (remember Roton). Do not become another government program with all sorts of compliance paperwork, user requirements, and funding agency politics (remember DCX).
