Throwing out another idea: a stricter Harmony strict mode could make a
parameter list starting with '(' on separate line from callee expression be an
error. Among other ASI reforms, if any.
With Harmony built on ES5 strict, anyone migrating code containing "use strict"
climbs the strictness ladder toward fewer actual hazards. If this bites back,
remove the "use strict" and stay with ES5-level strict-by-default in Harmony.
Thoughts? I'm not in love with any of this, just trying alternatives on for
size on a Sunday afternoon.
