Hi Srinivas, I am afraid we are facing a problem in uploading the synapse SNAPSHOTS to the maven repos. While I resolve this issue ASAP, you could try building the apache synapse trunk before WSO2-ESB.
I will try to put the synapse nightly which uploads the artifacts to the maven repos ASAP.
