Steps to reproduce
1. Go to the Integrated Registry and select a registry entry which contains a
sequence with a send mediator and an endpoint
2. Add a "Send" mediator and specify an endpoint
3. Edit the endpoint, do some changes and save once more and it will add a new
endpoint rather than updating the same endpoint with the changes
