Issue when deleting include keys of script mediators

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to "Sequences" and add a script mediator
2. Add about 4 include keys to the script mediator and try to delete the top
level include key
3. When deleting the top level include key, it deletes the bottom include key
as well. Likewise there are issues in deleting include keys.
