Issue in selecting the radio button option "URI" when creating WSDL endpoints

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Go to Sequences/Endpoints/Proxy services and add a WSDL endpoint.
2. Select the option "Inline WSDL" and Specify necessary information and save
the endpoint
3. Now edit the endpoint and select the radio button option "URI" and click on
"Save" without specifying any values for the URI field. Save the endpoint.
4. The endpoint will be saved without giving any error messages
5. Seems that when the uri value is not specified properly, it save the
endpoint without giving any error messages
