Unable to create Proxy services with inline java/ruby scripts due to a Java

1. Go to "Proxy Services" and specify a name
2. Select to create an anonymous sequence (in/out) and then add a script
mediator
3. Select the "Script Type" as inline and specify some text (does not need to
be an actual script)
4. Specify the rest of the information and click on "Finish" to save the Proxy
Service but the Proxy Service will not get updated due to a JS error
