In the ESB_Samples_Setup.html under the heading "Setting up Mail Transport
Sender" it has stated that you should update the axis2.xml file which is in
/repository/conf folder which is incorrect.
Instead you should edit the axis2.xml file which is in the folder
/webapp/WEB-INF/classes/conf/
Please update the relevant document
