Hi Asankha, unfortunately I'm still ill and can only assist with my windows machines for now. I hope to feel better tomorrow. Then I will re-run the tests on linux - using the last released version 1.6 as well as snapshot v4, and snapshot v5. I only could reproduce the problem with v5. Version v4 and release versions were working fine. JBoss standalone as well. Could you please point me to the appropriate SimpleStockQuoteService. I guess I can take one of the synapse samples for that. I will have a look at them. So I should take the axis server running on the same host, right? Today I will do the test on windows and add this one to the testing on Linux tomorrow, if I can trigger the problem using this service on windows. Sounds like a tricky problem. Regards, Eric

I had similar problems, here is the stacktrace: Now this is worrisome.. I tried using the Java ApacheBench clone and ran thousands of iterations on Linux using the SimpleStockQuoteService, and didn't encounter a single error. I am wondering if JBoss is the culprit here in anyway.. However, Eric's claim that this only happens with the v5 build from Ruwan again is not good.. One of the changes we did on the NIO transport recently was on closing channels and clearing up resources when faults occurred. Although I can 'force' a linux ESB instance to do whats done by a typical Windows system, I couldn't reproduce this issue yet. So.. Can you try one more test.. replace the JBoss service with the SimpleStockQuoteService, and use SOAP UI to generate your requests.. and let me know if you still see this issue? thanks asankha _______________________________________________ Esb-java-dev mailing list [email protected] http://wso2.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/esb-java-dev
