Hi Asankha, one question: Why did you remove some of the properties while moving to tomcat.properties. According to the code you still read SslProtocol maxHttpHeaderSize MaxHttpHeaderSize MaxThreads MinSpareThreads MaxSpareThreads ClientAuth DisableUploadTimeout AcceptCount but how shall one know without reading the code? Wouldn't it be better to put these values inside the properties file (at least as comments, like it was before in the server.xml)? Anyhow I don't like this configuration-file within a jar-file inside the tomcat-lib to change the admin-port... I hope someone finds a better approach to handle WAR as well as standalone deployment.
