This issue is fixed when using the close button [aka - discard], it is
impossible to fix this when using the close icon of the YUI panel because the
logic of the close icon function cannot be controlled by us and specific to
YUI, so we cannot execute the cleanup logic required when closing the editor.
Therefore I had to remove the beautiful close icon of the sequence editor
in-order to assure the correct functionality.
