Would it be possible to add a quick workaround to block the action and output
an error message if the filesize exceeds a certain limit the implementation is
not able to handle right now? From my point of view this issue is rather a
blocker as a user can get the system into an abnormal state quite easily. The
proper fix can be added in 2.0. I think this should be possible.
