Maximum Message Size of the Cache mediator gets cleared in the Edit mode

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a Proxy Service or a Sequence with a Cache mediator
2. Specify values for all the fields and update the mediator
3. Then click on 'Edit' to change the values of the mediator and you will see
that the value specified as the 'Maximum Message Size' is cleared but when you
update it you will see the previously specified value
