Resolution: Fixed
Added the following:
After installation, go to the /bin subdirectory and execute the wso2-esb.sh/bat
to start the
WSO2 ESB. Then point your browser to https://localhost:9443/esb to login to the
administration
console. The default username and password is admin/admin
