Hi Asankha,
 
regarding the other issue with the bind addresses it would be nice if you could 
provide a complete list of all LISTEN ports of the WSO2 ESB including a 
description of how to configure the bind address. As I found out, I currently 
only know hot to configure the binding address of the http as well as the https 
listeners.

I had the same trouble trying to reproduce it in our lab environment.
Everything worked well there. Unfortunately I could not do the tests in
the QA environment as QA needed the environment to conduct their tests.
I'll try to do a short test tomorrow morning before the start working.

Yes, correct. But the output said that they had been stopped. So yes, I
need to conduct a few more tests in the environment where I can
reproduce this issue. I'll then get back to you.
