Steps to reproduce
1. Create a Proxy Service ( specify InSequence and OutSequence as anonymous)
and save
2. Edit the Proxy Service and edit "Target Sequences" to view what you have
specified.
3. In the Edit mode, you will not see the specified InSequence and OutSequence
and the Sequence editor will be blank
